Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to change or modify the laws respecting parole and probation as administered by the juvenile courts of this state or the Department of Human Services or the courts where persons have been placed on probation in cases involving nonsupport or abandonment of minor children.Amended by 2009 Ga.
