Each member of the board, upon the receipt of his or her commission, shall file with the executive director his or her post office address and thereafter a notice of any change thereof. Any notice mailed to such address by the executive director shall be deemed to comply with the requirements of this chapter as notice to him or her.Amended by 2013 Ga. Laws 83,§ 2-3, eff. 7/1/2013.
