Section 43-14-14 - Penalty

Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.Amended by 2001 Ga. Laws 281, § 3, eff. 7/1/2001.
