Section 43-20-15 - Continuing education requirement

(a) As a prerequisite for the renewal of a dispenser's license on or before December 31, 2015, the individual must provide proof to the board that such individual has successfully completed 14 hours of continuing education in a program approved by the board.(b) As a prerequisite for the renewal of a dispenser's license on or after January 1, 2016, the individual must provide proof to the board that such individual has successfully completed 20 hours of continuing education in a program approved by the board.(c) The board may promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the continuing education requirement.Amended by 2015 Ga. Laws 209,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2015.
