Section 43-20-5 - Meetings; reimbursement of members; notice of meetings

(a) The board shall meet not less than once a year at a place, day, and hour determined by the division director and as many other times per year as deemed necessary. Each member of the board shall be reimbursed as provided for in subsection (f) of Code Section 43-1-2.(b) The division director shall notify each member of the board not less than ten days in advance of the time and place of any meeting of the board.Amended by 2010 Ga.
