It is an unfair business practice for any person to represent himself or herself as a certified associate industrial hygienist, certified health physicist, certified industrial hygienist, certified safety professional, construction health and safety technician, health physicist, industrial hygienist, occupational health and safety technologist, or registered radiation protection technologist unless he or she complies with the requirements of this chapter.Added by 2005 Ga.
