Section 43-28-7 - License requirement for occupational therapists

No person shall, unless such person is licensed in accordance with this article:(1) Practice occupational therapy or assist in the practice of occupational therapy; or(2) Hold himself or herself out as an occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant or as being able to render occupational therapy services in this state.Amended by 2019 Ga.
