Section 43-34-1 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, the term:(1) 'Board' means the Georgia Composite Medical Board.(2) 'Physician' means a person licensed to practice medicine pursuant to Article 2 of this chapter.(3) 'To practice medicine,' 'the practice of medicine,' or 'practicing medicine' shall have the same meaning as in paragraph (3) of Code Section 43-34-21.Amended by 2009 Ga.
