Section 43-34-304 - Requirements of physicians with expedited license

A physician issued an expedited license pursuant to the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact entered into pursuant to Code Section 43-34-301 by another member state shall be subject to all requirements and duties applicable to physicians who are licensed pursuant to Article 2 of this chapter.Added by 2019 Ga.
