Section 43-34-141 - Legislative finding and declaration

The General Assembly finds and declares that the practice of respiratory care in Georgia affects the public health, safety, and welfare and that it is necessarily a proper subject of regulation and control.Amended by 2009 Ga. Laws 243,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2009.
