Section 43-34-179 - Sanctions by board

The board, in consultation with the advisory committee, may impose on a licensed clinical perfusionist or a provisional licensed clinical perfusionist any sanction authorized under subsection (b) of Code Section 43-34-8 upon a finding of any conduct specified in subsection (a) of Code Section 43-34-8.Amended by 2009 Ga.
