Section 43-35-6 - Eligibility for appointment to board

To be eligible for appointment to the board, a person must be a citizen of the United States and a resident of this state and, except for the person appointed from the public at large, must:(1) Hold a license issued under the provisions of this chapter; and(2) Have actively practiced or taught podiatry for at least five years.
