The board shall hold a regular annual meeting at which it shall elect from its membership a chairperson and vice chairperson. In addition to its annual meeting, the board shall hold such other meetings as are necessary for the performance of its duties under this article. The members of the board shall be reimbursed as provided for in subsection (f) of Code Section 43-1-2.Amended by 2006 Ga. Laws 943,§ 1, eff. 1/1/2007.
