Any person who violates any provision of Code Section 40-2-39.1 shall be deemed to be a licensee for the purpose of imposing sanctions and penalties under this chapter and for the purpose of granting the board jurisdiction over such violator.Amended by 2007 Ga. Laws 124,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2007.
