(a) The Secretary of State may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration or may discipline a person registered by the Secretary of State for conduct that would have justified denial of registration under Code Section 43-4A-6.(b) The Secretary of State may discipline, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a certificate of registration only after proper notice and an opportunity for a hearing.(c) The provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,' shall be applicable to the Secretary of State and the provisions of this chapter.Renumbered and amended by 2010 Ga.
