Section 43-5-10 - Grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of licenses

The board may refuse to issue a license to an applicant or may suspend or revoke the license of any licensee if he has:(1) Been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, the record of conviction being conclusive evidence of conviction;(2) Secured the license by fraud or deceit; or(3) Violated or conspired to violate this chapter or rules and regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
