Section 43-5-3 - Election of officers; appointment of committees; meetings

(a) The board shall elect a chairman and a vice-chairman from its members for a term of one year and may appoint such committees as it considers necessary to carry out its duties.(b) The board shall meet at least twice each year. Additional meetings may be held on the call of the chairman or at the written request of any two members of the board.
