Section 43-50-56 - Veterinarian responsible for licensed veterinary technician's violations of limitations on duties

A veterinarian who utilizes a licensed veterinary technician shall be responsible for any violation of any limitations which are placed on the duties of a licensed veterinary technician.Amended by 2006 Ga. Laws 443,§ 3, eff. 3/30/2006.Added by 2003 Ga. Laws 257, § 1-1, eff. 7/1/2003.
