(a) The unlicensed practice of applied behavior analysis is prohibited in this state, except as otherwise provided in Code Section 43-7A-7.(b) No person shall hold himself or herself out to be a licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst unless he or she is licensed pursuant to this chapter.(c) Any person in violation of subsection (a) or (b) of this Code section shall be subject to a fine of $1,000.00 for each violation.Added by 2022 Ga.
