Section 44-11-33 - Issuance of writ of possession; fi

If the trial provided for in Code Section 44-11-32, finds a verdict for the plaintiff, the clerk of the court shall issue a writ of possession instanter and a fi. fa. for the costs of the proceeding and any other monetary relief awarded by the court. The plaintiff and the court shall be authorized to present the final order to law enforcement for investigation or prosecution.Amended by 2024 Ga. Laws 483,§ 7, eff. 4/24/2024.
