A record owner who executes a transfer-on-death deed shall remain the legal and equitable owner until the death of such record owner, and during his or her lifetime shall be considered an absolute owner with regard to creditors and purchasers.Added by 2024 Ga. Laws 496,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2024.
