Section 44-4-30 - Use of term "Georgia State Plane Coordinate System"; use of other geodetic references

(a) The use of the term 'Georgia State Plane Coordinate System' on any map, report of survey, legal description, or other document shall be limited to coordinates based on the Georgia State Plane Coordinate System as defined by this article.(b) The provisions of this article shall not be construed to prohibit the appropriate use of other geodetic reference networks.Added by 2022 Ga.
