(a) Without the written permission of the Governor, it shall be unlawful to display in any manner upon any motor vehicle a sign, tag, or emblem of any fashion purporting to convey the impression that the owner thereof is a member of the Governor's staff.(b) It shall be unlawful to sell or offer to sell any such sign, tag, or emblem.(c) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
