The Secretary of State may employ such assistants as may be necessary to discharge the functions imposed on him relative to Chapter 5 of Title 10, the 'Georgia Uniform Securities Act of 2008,' provided that an appropriation therefor shall have been made in accordance with law.Amended by 2008 Ga.
