Section 45-15-7 - Discretion of comptroller general as to requirement of services of Attorney General or of district attorneys

When the services of a district attorney are necessary in collecting or securing any claim of the state in any part of the state, the comptroller general may, in his discretion, require the Attorney General to command the services of the Department of Law or of the district attorneys in their respective circuits in such cases.Amended by 2013 Ga.
