Notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, a state department may reimburse an employee of state government for expenses incurred in filing an application for obtaining a commercial driver's license as such application fee is set forth in Article 7 of Chapter 5 of Title 40.Amended by 2002 Ga.
