The department shall annually file a report of its activities regarding the Georgia State Indemnification Fund with the General Assembly, which report shall include the amount of funds paid under the program of indemnification. Such report shall also include a copy of each order providing for payment or a summary of each such order giving all pertinent details.Amended by 2023 Ga.
