Section 46-3-114 - Residency requirements for authority members; ineligibility of election committee representatives for membership; eligibility of members to succeed themselves

Each member of the authority shall be a resident of one of the political subdivisions represented on the election committee, but, insofar as is mathematically possible, no two members shall reside in the same political subdivision.
