(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this Code section, any action to protect or enforce any rights under this article brought in the courts of this state shall be brought in the superior court of the county in which the principal office of the authority is located.(b) Any action pertaining to validation of the bonds issued under this article and pertaining to validation of the contracts constituting security for bonds shall be brought in the Superior Court of Fulton County. That court shall have exclusive original jurisdiction of any such action.
