Section 46-5-233 - Article not to be construed so as to prevent certain law enforcement actions

No provision of this article shall be construed so as to prevent any action by a law enforcement agency or any officer or agent of the agency, under color of law, to obtain telephone records in connection with the performance of the official duties of the agency.Added by 2006 Ga.
