Section 47-18-21 - Expenses and administrative costs incurred under this chapter

All expenses incurred by the state agency relative to and incidental to the administration of this chapter, including, without limitation, the creation of a full-time position for such purpose, shall be paid from funds appropriated to the state agency.Amended by 2010 Ga. Laws 682,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2010.
