Section 47-4-1 - Short title

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the 'Public School Employees Retirement System Act.'Amended by 2005 Ga. Laws 103,§ 16, eff. 7/1/2005.2005 Ga. Laws 103,§ 16, eff. 7/1/2005 purported to amend this section. That amendment has instead been made by the editors to Section 47-4-2.
