Section 49-2-4 - Divisions; allocation of functions

There shall be created in the department such divisions as may be found necessary for its effective operation. The commissioner shall have the power to allocate and reallocate functions among the divisions within the department.Amended by 2009 Ga. Laws 102,§ 2-1, eff. 7/1/2009.
