Applications for public assistance shall be submitted to and accepted by the county department of the county of the applicant's residence from or on behalf of any person who believes himself eligible for public assistance. Such applications shall be made in the manner and form prescribed by the Department of Human Services and shall contain such information as the department shall require.Amended by 2009 Ga.
