Section 49-5-161 - Registration and form required; fee; issuance of certificate

(a) On and after July 1, 2011, all organizations shall register under this Code section by submitting a form to the department, upon forms furnished by the department. The form shall require the name, address, and telephone number of the organization and emergency contact information.(b) A registrant shall be required to pay an annual registration fee of $25.00.(c) Upon receipt of an application for registration, payment of the registration fees, and presentation by the applicant of evidence that the organization meets the qualifications prescribed by Code Section 49-4-162, the department shall issue such organization a registration certificate valid for one year.Added by 2011 Ga.
