(a) Vocational rehabilitation services shall be provided to any qualified individual who is a bona fide resident of the state.(b) The financial need of eligible persons with disabilities will be considered in the provision of vocational rehabilitation services to the extent allowed by federal or other state law.Renumbered from Code Section 34-15-10 by 2012 Ga.
