Section 49-9-13 - Entitlement to hearing if aggrieved

Any individual applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation services who is aggrieved by any action or inaction of the agency shall be entitled, in accordance with regulations, to a hearing in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,' and in accordance with applicable federal laws and regulations.Renumbered from Code Section 34-15-12 and amended by 2012 Ga.
