As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Governing body' means, with respect to the state, the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission, and with respect to a state authority, such authority's board.(2) 'State authority' shall mean 'state authority' as defined in paragraph (9) of Code Section 50-17-21.Added by 2004 Ga.
