Section 50-18-30 - Number of volumes ordered and produced

(a) The reporter shall order in writing from the publisher the number of volumes of each report required by the state when he delivers the manuscript to the publisher.(b) The publisher shall produce the number of reports as is ordered by the reporter and upon completion of printing and binding shall deliver the reports to the reporter.
