Section 50-19-9 - Penalty for violation of provisions relating to purchase or use of automobiles

Any person violating any provision of this article or any other general law relating to purchase of automobiles with state funds or use of automobiles by state officers or employees shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, also shall be removed from office.Amended by 2005 Ga.
