Section 50-23-26 - Creation of Water Supply Division; director

There is created within the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority a Water Supply Division. The executive director of the authority or an employee of the authority designated by the director shall serve as the director of the division and shall have full authority over the operation, personnel, and facilities of the division.Amended by 2010 Ga.
