Section 50-27-80 - Permit fees for additional machines; penalty fee

If an owner purchases or receives additional bona fide coin operated amusement machines during the calendar year, the applicable annual permit fee shall be paid to the corporation and the sticker shall be affixed to the machine before the machine may be legally operated. A penalty fee equal to twice the applicable annual permit fee shall be assessed by the corporation for every machine in operation without a permit sticker.Renumbered from § 48-17-11 and amended by 2013 Ga.
