Section 50-4-2 - Internal structure of departments

For its internal structure, each department shall adhere to the following standard terms:(1) The principal unit of a department is a division. Each division shall be headed by a director or deputy, except as otherwise provided; and(2) The principal unit of a division is a section. Each section shall be headed by a supervisor.
