Section 50-7-60 - Civil War Commission created

There is created the Civil War Commission, hereafter referred to as the commission, to coordinate planning, preservation, and promotion of the structures, buildings, sites, and battlefields associated with this significant period of our common heritage.Added by 2006 Ga. Laws 455,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2006.
