Section 50-7-62 - Commission assigned to Department of Economic Development for administrative purposes only

The commission is assigned to the Department of Economic Development for administrative purposes only. The commissioner of economic development shall appoint personnel within the Department of Economic Development to facilitate the functions of the commission.Added by 2006 Ga.
