As used in this article, the term:(1) 'Department' means the Department of Community Affairs.(2) 'Fund' means the Georgia Downtown Renaissance Fund, a revolving loan fund originating low-interest loans for qualified investments in a downtown district.Added by 2014 Ga. Laws 536,§ 1, eff. 4/16/2014.
