Section 50-8-65 - Annual report to Board of Community Affairs

Within 30 days after the completion of its fiscal year, each commission shall provide to the Board of Community Affairs a report containing the following information:(1) The name and address of each contractor, public or private, with which the commission contracted and which received more than a total of $500.00 from the commission; and(2) The amount of public funds received by the contractor from the commission.Amended by 2009 Ga.
