Whenever the authority determines to issue its bonds or other obligations, it shall obtain the approval of the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission and otherwise comply with the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 17 of Title 50, the 'Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission Act.'Amended by 2010 Ga.
