Section 53-1-9 - Survival of common law and equity

Except to the extent that the principles of common law and equity governing wills, trusts, and the administration of estates are modified by this title or another provision of law, those principles remain the law of this state.Added by 2020 Ga. Laws 508,§ 1-1, eff. 1/1/2021.
