Section 7-1-1110 - Service of process

Except as provided in Code Sections 7-1-1109, 7-1-1112, 7-1-1127, and 7-1-1135, a foreign bank operating in this state at a branch, agency, or representative office shall be subject to service of process at such location.Added by 2023 Ga. Laws 348,§ 48, eff. 7/1/2023.
